Customers worldwide also have the option of paying for express delivery in 2-4 full working days for major cities, and 3-5 working days for all other locations.
Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and therefore do not qualify for express shipping. Please expect additional 4-7 working days for delivery of orders containing fragrances.

Important note: Parcels are taking longer than usual to be scanned at the USPS distribution centre. If the tracking does not show any update on the USPS website, we request you to please allow a few days for parcel to be scanned and show update.
Orders are shipped by USPS and are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday to your chosen shipping address. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo ID is required upon receipt.

Deliveries to Canada are currently delayed due to high restrictions and limited flights. Please allow 15-45 working days for deliveries to Canada.
